Dear Gentlemen,

 

I face some problem i have over than 280 position and i want to use these positions as common in all of my organizations

 

Is there is any solution for this issue i am in hurry for that ???? 

 

I think you can

 

put these positions in 2 segments _ 2 parts

first part: position

second part : department

for example, you have many secretaries in your organization

the position should be :

secretary at Admin department

secretary  at Finance department
