لا تتعب نفسك mks tool غير موجود نهائياً على الانترنت انا دورت عليه كثير ولم اجده وأخيرا استعملت cygwin هو نفس عمل برنامج mks tool

اخي الكريم قم بانزال اسطوانة اللغة العربية من موقع اوركل وقم بتشغيلها لان اللغة العربية منفصلة عن الابليكيشن وكذلك جميع اللغات الاخري

قمت بانزال cd العربي ولكنه باتش فكيف يمكنني تنفيذه على الابلكيشن علما بأن ملف readme.txt يقول عليك بمراجعة المستند Doc ID:788053.1 من موقع ميتالينك وطبعا مافيش اشتراك فياريت أخي عمرو لو انت نفذت الطريقة تشرحها لنا لاستفادة الجميع

Purpose
These release notes update and supplement the Oracle Applications Installation Guide: Using Rapid Install, Oracle Applications Upgrade Guide: Release 11i to Release 12.1.1, and Oracle Applications Maintenance Procedures with information specific to National Language Support (NLS) installations. Use this document and the appropriate supplementary manual or manuals when you install or upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite NLS systems.

The Oracle Applications Release Notes Note 798258.1 also contain important information about your installation or upgrade. You must read and perform the tasks in all documents.

Translation Synchronization Patches Note 252422.1 - This feature provides a quick way to synchronize existing translations with the American English software on your system, along with an option to obtain the latest translations.

Oracle Applications Globalization Support Guide (Release 12) Note 393861.1.

Oracle Applications Release 12.1 & Release 12 Translation Scope and Availabiilty Note 405992.1

Pre-installation Tasks
Apply US Patch 8576725 to your Release 12.1.1 system. This patch includes updates to NLS Installation and Admerge performance enhancements. Refer to the patch Readme for installation instructions.
The admerge performance enhancement is also available as a standalone Patch 8508724, which is already included in Patch 8576725.

Installing Translations

All references to NLS Patch 6678700 and NLS Release 12.1.1 Patch 6678700 refer to the Release 12.1.1 NLS software for the language. The software is available from the NLS DVD media or from EPD (http://edelivery.oracle.com/). The NLS software is a zip file that contains the NLS Release 12.1.1 Patch 6678700, a README.txt file and a README.html file with instructions on how to install the NLS software.

Note: Applies to Lithuanian Customers

The Release 12.1.1 NLS Software for Lithuanian is available from My Oracle Support Patch 9003793. This patch contains the NLS Release 12.1.1 Patch 6678700. Unzip the patch and follow the instructions within it to install the patch.
Refer to the 'Install Technology Update for Lithuanian' section in the Post-installation Tasks, to complete the installation.

Note: Applies to Vietnamese Customers

You must be at Release 12.1.2, to add Vietnamese. For details on how to apply Release 12.1.2, refer to Oracle E-Business Suite Readme, Release 12.1.2 Note 949406.1. The Release 12.1.2 NLS Software for Vietnamese is available from My Oracle Support Patch 9216658. This patch contains the NLS Release 12.1.1 Patch 6678700 and Release 12.1.2 Patch 7303033. To complete the installation, refer to the 'Install Technology Update' - Vietnamese section in the Post-installation Tasks.



Note: Applies to Ukrainian Customers

You must be at Release 12.1.2, to add Ukrainian. For details on how to apply Release 12.1.2, refer to Oracle E-Business Suite Readme, Release 12.1.2 Note 949406.1. The Release 12.1.2 NLS Software for Ukrainian is available from My Oracle Support Patch 9216658. This patch contains the translations for NLS Release 12.1.1 Patch 6678700 and Release 12.1.2 Patch 7303033. To complete the installation, refer to the 'Install Technology Update' - Ukrainian section in the Post-installation Tasks.

The minimum recommended space required for each active language in the APPL_TOP is 7GB and 1GB for the database. Follow the steps in the Post-installation Tasks section of this document to complete the installation of the language software.

Use the following table to decide which installation method best suits your needs.

Adding a new language to a Release 12.1.1 Oracle E-Business Suite Maintenance Procedures. See the Adding and Maintaining NLS Languages section in Chapter 1. Follow the instructions for the business requirement to add a language. NOTE: Omit Step 3 in the instructions.

Maintaining existing translations in a Release 12.1.1 system Follow the instructions in Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches Note 252422.1.



Note: There may be temporary form failures during NLS patch application if the US code level is higher than the NLS patch level. These errors will be resolved when you run the Translation Synchronization Patch Utility to synchronize the NLS code level with the US level, or when you apply the latest NLS Release Update Pack to your system.

Post-installation Tasks
After you install translations, complete the following tasks to finish the installation.

Install Technology Update

Lithuanian

If you have installed Lithuanian, apply Patch 8939644 to obtain the technology update to support Lithuanian. Follow the patch Readme, for any special instructions to install the patch.


Vietnamese
If you have installed Release 12.1.2 for Vietnamese, perform the following steps to install the technology update.

UNIX

unzip $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/i18nFormsReportsTranslationBundle_VN_unix.zip

Follow the steps in the included readme file, Readme_UNIX.txt.

Windows

unzip <FND_TOP>\patch\115\bin\i18nFormsReportsTranslationBundle_VN_win.zip

Follow the steps in the included readme file, Readme_win32.txt.

Ukrainian

If you have installed Release 12.1.2 for Ukrainian, apply Patch 9361246 to obtain the technology update that supports Ukrainian. Follow the patch Readme, for any special instructions to install the patch.

Install Font Files

For dynamic image generation, font files are required on the Web server (Oracle HTTP server, powered by Apache) to support the active Applications languages. Unicode font files are shipped with Oracle E-Business Suite, and should be installed if either of the following conditions applies to your installation:

Multiple languages from different native character sets are active
The operating system of the node that contains the Web server is not configured with the required language support for the active languages
If you require the font files, refer to Install Oracle Unicode Fonts for Dynamic Image Generation in Oracle E-Business Suite on My Oracle Support.

Restart the Apache Service

On the node that contains the Web server, restart the Apache service to enable the new languages on the login page.

UNIX:


$ cd $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
$ adapcctl.sh stop
$ adapcctl.sh start


Windows:


C:\> cd <ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME>
C:\> adapcctl.sh stop
C:\> adapcctl.sh start


Install Online Help
Translations for Release 12.1.1 Online Help Patch 6746000 are currently available. You can apply this patch to a Release 12.1.1 system; it provides translations from base Release 12.0 to Release 12.1.1. You do not need to apply the US version of this patch.

If you have already applied the Release 12.0 Online Help patch for a language Patch 5051400, you can apply the translations for Online Help Patch 7303031, after the US version of this patch was applied. This patch provides translations for Release 12.1.1 and does not contain the base Release 12.0 Online Help content.

Note: There are 19 languages translated for Online Help. See Oracle Applications Release 12.1 & Release 12 Translation Scope and Availability Note 405992.1 for information on which ones are available.


Special Instructions
The instructions in this section apply only to the customers indicated in the section headings.

Customers Using Hebrew Translations Only

You cannot use the Hebrew ISO character set IW8ISO8859P8 on the database and application tier servers. You can use all other character sets supported by Oracle (for example, UTF8 or IW8MSWIN1255).

Customers Using Both Hebrew and Arabic Translations

Use the PASTA utility (FNDPSTAX) for printing. For more information, see Chapter 6 in Oracle Applications System Administrator's Guide.

Customers Changing an Existing Installed Language to a New Base Language

Use the Change Base Language script (adchgbase.pl) to make an existing installed language the new base language. This script updates single-language tables and corresponding seed data to the new base language.

Note: Do not use this script when you are installing a new language as the base language.
From Oracle Applications Manager, go to License Manager and change an installed language the new base language.
Run the adchgbase.pl script to generate the u_ChangeBase.drv patch driver. This driver is based on seed data in your environment.
$ perl $AD_TOP/bin/adchgbase.pl [AppsUID/AppsPswd]
Apply the driver to your system using AutoPatch. The driver is located at: $AU_TOP/patch/115/driver/u_ChangeBase.drv.
Review the log files for any issues.

1- بالنسبة لبرنامج mks toolkit 9 هل هذا هو البرنامج؟

ممكن تشتغله علي كارت الشبكة العادي بتاعك لو انت متصل بالانترنت بشكل مستمر او من الممكن انزال loopback وتنزل الابليكيشن علي الكارت

لا الا اذا كنت هاتشغله علي كارت الشبكة الخاص بجهازك لو انت متصل بالانترنت بشكل مستمر
