Hrms - Costing For Retro Pay

I need help with a problem concerning costing, I have accounts defined at element links, and cost centers at the assignments, after the costing process and requesting the cost breakdown report, the combined segment for regular elements shows the account and the cost center, but for the retro pay elements it shows zeros instead of the cost center, what could be the problem?
