it's the message returned when I want to startup my database in svrmgr30

please help me

    I find a solution but it was in oracle 9i
    I have oracle 8.0.5

    my data base is in the server on D:\BDD
    and oracle on : D:\orant

    I make a cold backup and when I restore the data base is down
    I make svrmgr30
    connect internal/oracle
    startup
    then it return ora-1113 error
    then ora-1110 error

    what should I make
