connect to a foxpro database

Assalamo alaikom

i have a project about student absence in the university
there is an old database made with foxpro sgbd
i want to make my project without doing the table student
and using that existing in the old database

"i want to know how can i connect to this table from oracle forms
and how can i using this table and make the foreign key constraint
with the tables of my database from oracle
