CONFIGURING AND DEPLOYING FORMS.
Oracle 9iAS/9iDS is automatically configured to use Forms Services out-of-thebox,
after installation. The only configuration you need to worry about is your
application configuration.
There are three files to configure Forms Services for runtime deployment. They
reside centrally on the server, so only need to be configured in one place.
· <OracleHome>/forms90/server/formsweb.cfg
· <OracleHome>/forms90/server/default.env
· <OracleHome>/forms90/java/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat
The names of these files are configurable, but these are the default. The
combination of these three files allows you to have many different runtime
environments from a single installation.
