assalamu alikom wa rahmatto allahy wa barakatoh

i was wondering should i take course in oracle 9i or 10g
cause lots of people told me that 10g is not widely used in the ME
i wish you could help me

and yeah i know that there is oracle 11i ,, but they told me that oracle will release an edittion related to the DB creation 11i ,, is that true
