I have a problem when insert in form in English language application is fine but when insert the same form translated to Arabic there is error need help please and debug empty

 

انا عامل جملة insert عادية جدا ف البرنامج الاصلي الانجليزي بيشتغل كويس لكن في المترجم بيعملي ايرور قولت العيب من التواريخ شلتها ولسه نفس المشكلة
