i'm using oracle 11g  forms and database , operating system windows 7

i already install whatsApp Business ,i need to send messages from oracle to whatsApp

whats is the configuration i need and if any one have an example please can you share the code

away from Oracle, is there a way to communicate programatically with whatsapp? maybe through specific api or libraries?

just search on the web for the same, and then we can discuss about oracle..

what im looking for is how after making any transaction in oracle directly message will be send to clients whats app .
