مشكلة عند تشغيل service ohs1

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

انا عندى مشكلة فى تشغيل oh1 service, 

بعدما انهيت تسطيب ال weblogic دخلت على هذا العنوان localhost:7001/em وبعدها ادخلنى الى شاشة الدخول ادخلت اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور ودخلت تمام

شغلت  , 1 WLS_FORMS, 2 WLS_REPORTS واشتغلو, بعدها ذهبت الى HTTP Server لتشغيل ohs1  ولكنها لا تعمل تظهر هذا الخطأ

start operation on target /domain base_domain/base_domain/ohs1 - failed

ولا اعرف ما الحل ارجو المساعدة
