Can't Run Declarative Component Inside Bounded Task Flow

Dear All 

 

Good Day

 

I am using Oracle Jdevleoper Studio Edition Version 12.2.1.3.0

 

I made declarative component as a tool bar

 

I deployed it to a jar file

 

I can use that declarative component in JSF Page

 

But if I add it to jsff page in btf, and after adding that btf to a page as a region, after running the page it comes blank with no errors
