السلام عليكم :

قمت بإنشاء تقرير باستخدام جاسبر ولكن عند عرضه في صفحة Jsf بصيغة PDF يظهر الخطأ التالي :

 

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: Could not load the following font : 
pdfFontName   : Helvetica
pdfEncoding   : Identity-H
isPdfEmbedded : false
 
مع العلم ان التقرير يعمل بشكل صحيح في بيئة جاسبر
