i have sheet excel when i import it in the table the Arabic  data  becomes (????????????????) how solve this problem

    الولا يجب ان تكون قاعدة البيانات تسمح بالعربي و الا ستحدث هذة المشكلة , عند تسطيب قاعدة البيانات سيسألك الاوراكل عن اللغة , غالبا سيكون charachter set arabic_egypt_ar8mswin1256
