عند علم اتصال بقاعدة البيانات في الفورم 9i تظهر هذه الرسالة ,,


مع العلم اني عملت جميع الاعدادات للاتصال من قبل هذه المره واشتغلت معاي


لكن بعد الحذف وتحميل الاصدرا على الاكس بي ظهرت هذه المشكلة !!!

[align=right][align=left]what you can is that first if your instance is started or not to do that you have to check first so to check go to Control panel-then choose administrative tools - hen services and on services check the following (oracleservice(instance name)
is started or not


please check first if it is working or not then otherwise you will have to check the TNSNAME.ORA file

configration & migration tools then
press on
net configration assistant
and you can install a new listener
