Muscat International bank (MIB) is the largest bank of Oman having more than 100 branches all across the country. The bank has many divisions like corporate banking,

consumer banking, investment banking and asset management offering variety of services to the customers. The consumer banking division offers services like personal banking, loans and mortgages and insurance. Customer can apply to consumer banking division for personal banking services like opening a bank account and other. Bank accounts can be of two types saving and current. Account officers in the consumer banking division take care of customers requesting for personal banking services. Customers and Companies having account in the bank can also apply for the loans which are of multiple types like car loan, education loan, and home loans. Account Officers working in consumer banking divisions accept the loan application, prepare documentation and get necessary approvals from the head of the consumer banking. Account officers also prepare the installment details for the loans. It is not necessary to have an account in the bank for insurance. Customers (companies and individuals) can buy car insurance, medical insurance and life insurance from the bank after completing the necessary documentation. Different types of reports are prepared by each division on loans, insurance, accounts which are submitted to CEO of the bank

 

 

Design UML Use Case diagram and specification of any one use case along with necessary explanation for the valid actors and use cases.

Design UML sequence diagrams for any one major use cases with its explanation.

 

 

 

Scenario 2

Assume that you have an application having multiple classes. One of the classes is button class; the class has different forms like updateBtn, AddBtn, CancelBtn, ExitBtn. Different buttons are used in different situations Problem: The button class/entity is having multiple different variations for different situations.

Select the most appropriate design pattern to use for this problem and Clearly specify how this pattern addresses the problem.

Explain how this pattern should be implemented and show an appropriate class diagram to illustrate the implementation of your pattern. (No code). Don’t give a generic class diagram for this pattern but make it specific for that design problem.
