السلام عليكم

عندي مشكلة بتظهرلي كل ما اسطب oracleXE universal بتظهرلي الرسالة دي failed to complete installation كما في الصورة

مع العلم انا كنت مسطباها قبل كدة وعملتلها unistall

أرجو تجربة تغيير port قاعدة البيانات عند التنزيل فقد يكون مشغولاً

Always google
A couple of things you can try.
1) Right click on the setup.exe or .msi file and select "Run as Administrator".
2) Run the install in Safe Mode and see if it will complete.
3) Disable your antivirus before installing.
If those don't help, then check the event viewer and see if it will give insight on what is causing the problem.
Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button Image, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clickingAdministrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer.‌Image If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
