datatype which can store more than 1 item at a tim

Dear friends ..
i just wanted some help ....!
i want to know which datatype in oracle can store more than 1 item at a time .....
i am doing a project on a Medical store and as u know , one company can have many medical items ...
so i will need to store the name of the company and the medical items it provides ... i was told to use ( varray ) datatype ...
do u think that it is gonna help????
