اعاني من مشكلة في قراءة ملف عبارة عنtable from another database where the encoding is the default   oracle character set  "WE8ISO8859P1" 

والتي لا تدعم الكتابة العربية لذلك عندما اقوم بفتح الملف تكون ال column    التي تختوي الاسماء والمغلومات المطلوبة غير مفهومة 

حاولت استخدام convert function  

CONVERT('Ä Ê Í Õ Ø A B C D E ', 'US7ASCII', 'WE8ISO8859P1') كما في المثل التالي . والتي لم تنفع 

ارجو المساعدة في ايجاد حل
