لأكثر من شهر حاولت الإتصال ال forms11g re2 بقاعدة البيانات oracle11g re2 تطلع لي هذهالرسالة

 

ORA-1254: TNS:could not resolve the conectidentifier specified

انا أستعمل windows 8  و SQL Developer شغال عندي علي نفس الdatabase  أرجوا المساعدة
