عندي اختبار غدا والمدرس قال لنا هذا السؤال مهم ...أرجوكم ساعدوني بالحل

 

1. a)  Produce a data flow diagram for the following scenario that describes the clerical activities of a sandwich making business: (Note that some or all  of these clerical activities are to be automated by computers or machines)

The van driver starts the cycle of work by putting in an order on two-part carbon paper for the following day's sandwiches. After all the drivers have returned, a clerk consolidates all the orders and produces an order summary which is left for the sandwich makers to work from the next working day.

The following morning the clerks use a production list sent from the sandwich makers to control the dispatch of made up orders. The clerk gives the order to the driver who signs it and then returns one part to the clerk. The 'signed order' is filed by the clerk as a 'delivered order'.

After his/her round, the van driver gives the clerk a returns notice showing details of all the sandwiches unsold. He  receives two copies of a receipt in exchange for giving the clerk details of the cash received. The cash receipt and the returns notice are filed.

A clerk produces a report on discrepancies in van drivers' receipts using the receipts, returns notices and delivered orders. The clerks produce a weekly cash summary using the same files, both reports are given to the office manager.

1b) Draw a context level DFD (dfd level 0) for  part 1 a).
