can you create bean to page untill creating jsf page by click managed bean TAB and select "automatically expose new ui components in a new managed bean"

 If you forget set bean to page  NVM  you can create it again
while a currsor on the page  
follow this Steps 
at Menu bar     Design   >page property > Select component binding  then add Bean
