your IP address is 172.20.80.179

 

modify /etc/hosts into:

 

# Do not remove the following line, or various programs

# that require network functionality will fail.

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

172.20.80.179 localhost

 

This makes your ip address resolveable. Then try netca again.
