iam creating a custom report (budget VS actual) and i need to find the amount of budget and actual and encumbrance accounts under specific gl and budget from the screen gl ---inquiry---funds , the problem is that i do not know how to query the encumbrance amount ,i selected actual and budget amount from gl_balances table but when select encumbrance amount there is no value returned , generally i need to know how to select the amount and is it right to use gl_balances .urgent please
