يتم التوضيح من خلاله على وصف الكائنات + وصف العلاقة

وصف مختصر لمتطلبات العمل 

 

A hospital needs a database to hold current information on its employees and

patients. Give an entity-relationship diagram for the hospital. Indicate the

cardinalities of the relationships, the keys of the entity sets. Identify ISA

relations and weak entity sets if any. Do not make any additional

assumptions that are not explicit in the user requirements.

An initial analysis of these requirements produced the following facts:

• Each hospital employee can work for many clinic, and a clinic has many

employees.

• Clinics are distinguished by their name. Other information about clinics

is the number of beds and the phone number.

• There are laboratories at the hospital, and they are managed by one clinic,

while one clinic can manage many labs

• Labs are numbered sequentially (as 1,2,3, etc.) for each clinic that

manages them. Another information is the number of rooms in the lab.

• Each patient is identified by its social security number. Other information

are the illness and the age.

• Each patient is assigned to one doctor. A doctor takes care of many

patients. Nurses are responsible for many patients, while each patient is

in charge of one nurse.

• Both doctors and nurses are hospital employees. Hospital employees are

distinguished by their social security number. Other information are their

salary and name.

• Additional information about doctors is their phone number.

• Additional information about nurses is their working hours.

• Each patient has a number of tests done at different labs; each lab can

carry out a number of tests.

هل بإمكانك مساعدتي بالشرح كل رمز وماذا يعني ونوع العلاقه بينها ، حتى أتمكن من عمل هذا المخطط وفق البيانات المتوفره لدي .

ما سبق عرضه ... هو مجرد عرض مثال  كفكرة مشابهة لمشروعك  ... وهي توضح الentities  التى من الممكن ان يتكون منها نظام المستشفى والattributes المرتبطه بكل entity 

وايضا عرض ال relationship  بين ال entities  حسب نوع العلاقة 

 

بناء على النطاق المحدد للمشروع  ورسمة اجراءات تدفق البيانات داخل النظام Data Flow Diagram DFD 

 ابدأ بوضع تصورك عن عدد الكيانات المطلوبه وعنتصر البيانات لكل كيان ثم قم بعملية الربط بين الكيانات ذات العلاقة 

 

ابدأ وستجد المساعدة 

رفعت الصورة برابط ، أتمنى الإظطلاع عليها والمساعدة ، ما عرفت كيف اضيف علاقات الموظفين وهل طريقتي صحيحه أو غلط ؟

يمكن إضافة علاقة مياشرة بين جدول الحجوزات وجدول الطبيب ... 

 

لأنه سيكون من ضمن بيانات جدول الحجز هو رقم الطبيب الذي سيقوم بإجراء الكشف الطبي والذي سيتم حجز موعد معه 

 

ايضا مطلوب تسجيل بيانات نتائج الكشف الطبي الذى اجراه الطبيب للمريض وتوصيات العلاج 

 

يمكن اضافة جدول لتسجيل بيانات رسوم الكشف الطبي والخدمات المقدمة للمريض من خلال جدول اسعار الخدمات التي تقدم للمرضى 

انشاء قاعدة بيانات للمستشفى قسم خدمات العميل

 

إدارة استفسارات المرضى

 

إدارة شكاوى العملاء

 

إدارة حجز المواعيد
