ال error بيظهر ليه و ازاي احله

جرب إعادة تشغيل قاعدة البيانات مع التأكد أن المستخدم الذي تتصل به له صلاحية connect

لما اجي اعمل grant  بيظهرلي ال ORA-01109: database not open و لما احاول اعمل connect  على ال user  يظهرلي ال ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress  انا مشغل ال database 10g release 2  على windows 7 ايه السبب في المشاكل دي

هذا يعني أن قاعدة البيانات لم تعمل بعد. تأكد من تشغيل الـ service لقاعدة البيانات
