الموضوع : REP-3301 : Error occurred in Error Checking(RXGLER)

أرجو من حضراتكم المساعدة في هذا الخطأ الذي يظهر عند تشغيل التقرير من أي جهاز في الفروع

و لا يعطي التقرير هذا الخطأ من داخل المركز الرئيسي

 

ارجو المساعدة ..

هل لديك جدول تقوم بتخزين فيه الـ session information ؟

 

و عليكم السلام و رحمة الله و بركاته,,

 

 في الحقيقة لا أعلم أذا كان يوجد جدول في النظام بهذا الاسم أو لا

 وان وجد فما علاقته بتشغيل التقرير؟؟

Cause:�This is an abnormal condition. 

Action:�For information, see Abnormal Conditions. 

Abnormal conditions 

Sometimes you may encounter an error that is known as an abnormal condition, which may arise from one of the following causes:Someone has done something that prevented your application from completing the requested task. For example, if someone bypassed the user interface and changed data in a database table, they might have typed an invalid value. A software bug prevented the requested task from completing.
Action: First contact your system administrator to determine if the message was caused by something other than Oracle Reports. If you determine that the message was not the result of user error or a system problem, then contact Oracle Support Services. 

الخطأ غير واضح بشكل مباشر...وبما ان التقرير يعمل بشكل سليم داخل المركز الرئيسي فالموضوع ليست مشكلة تقرير...

وانما مشكلة Configuration او Setup.

 

والذي قصدته هو جدول يحتفظ بكل Session لليوزرات التي تقوم بطباعة هذا التقرير....

تم و الحمد لله معالحة المشكلة بعد ريط جميع الفروع على الفيروول ( مما برجح ان المشكلة تعود للشبكة )
