السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اريد ياشباب حل لهذا الخطأ حيث اننى اشتغل على vmware وعليه نسخه ERP وعند عمل new connection على sqldeveloper يعطينى هذا الخطأ

Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

مع العلم ان ال service شغاله عند عمل start service للـــــ database  اى لااقوم بعمل stat service لها مخصوصا لانها بالطبع اتعملها start مع ERP  عند تشغيله اكيد
