انا عندي سؤال في workflow لو وقتكم يسمح
انا عامل workflow ورفعته علي الأبليكيشن بيبعت رسائل من مستخدم 1 الي مستخدم 2

خطوة بخطوة ورا فيديوهات مهندس سامح بكار

 وبدخل علي المسؤلية Workflow Administrator وبعملة تست ورن من Developer Studio عشان اجرب
بس المشكلة انه بيرن معايا ولكن لما بدخل علي user2

الذي هو المفروض اتبعتلة من user1 رسالة

لا اجد شيء  فلا اجد الهيبر لينك الخاص بمشاهدة ال 

workflow  عموما
انا اعتقد ان المشكلة ان في profile option او حاجة من هذا القبيل لازم تتفعل عشان ابتدي اشوف اللينكات الخاصة بال workflow
هل هناك profile oprion او configration معين لازم تشغلة او تفعلة اولا

 

فهل من مساعدة

 

 

Go To User2 and then after you login got to preferences and then notifications and then EMAIL Style and choose HTML Mail

أخي فعلت ما قلت ولم تظهر اللينكات بتاعة الورك فلو   عموما لو وقت حضرتك يسمح انا هرفعلك الورك فلو تلقي نظرة عليه

What I did understand from your post is that when your Workflow starts a Notification(Approval Notification) will be sent to the P_ADMIN role
But when the P_ADMIN makes an action (Approve or Reject) the Notification will NOT be sent to the P_USER role 

 

So if what I just explained is correct, there is a possibility that the WF role of the P_USER has not been  synchronized; to make sure if it's been synchronized or not, run this query

SELECT *
  FROM wf_roles
 WHERE NAME = _user --If the Role is USERNAME not HR position,HR Person or other roles

If this query returns data it does mean the WF role has been  synchronized otherwise it's not been

 So if the WF role has not been synchronized; you have to run the Concurrent Program  'Synchronize WF LOCAL Table' from System Administrator Responsibility
