ندي مشكلة عند فتح اي فورمة سبق فتحها قبل ذلك بتقفل البيلدر اول مافتح اي فورمة ولكن في بعض الفورم بتفتح

    This is windows 7 problem and I think you need to change the mode before you open the forms builder

     

    right click on the icon of form builder and change the mode to windows xp, i think it should work.

    any FMB file larger than 1MB will rease this bug  ...

     5.1 Confirmed Oracle form builder bug ... No Way you should patch system or change it it Windows Version lower than
