السؤال هو ماذا يحصل اذا تم قفل كل من حساب SYS و SYSTEM علما انت داخل على قاغدة البيانا باستخدام حساب SYS

There are several solutions

 

You can :

sql>conn / as sysdba

last case you can create new password file using orapwd

Thank you bro for your answer but my question is  if we lock this two account SYS and SYSTEM what it will happen also we are lagging as a SYS to the database 

I need the result not how to do it .
