I just placed an Oracle form to our custom directory and regenerated it with
a different name. After that, I opened it up the form in the application
and executed a query for records, then I received the following error
message for multiple of times:

FRM-41041: Cannot find Form Module -- invalid ID

Can anyone please tell me what is going on or how to resolve this find form
error?
