تفضل اخي هذا مشروع صغير جدا يقوم بحساب قرض المدفوعات علي طريقة البنوك الامريكية وهذا الشرح بالانجليزية
The problem is to write a program that computes loan payments. The loan can be a car loan, a
student loan, or a home mortgage loan. The program lets the user enter the interest rate, number
of years, and loan amount, and displays the monthly and total payments.

المشروع عبارة كود مكتوب في برنامج NotePad ويتم تنفيذة عن طريق الــ cmd عن طريق تتبع مسار الملف وكتابة الامر javac ComputeLoanPayments.java ثم بعد ذلك java ComputeLoanPayments
