I Created Periodic Alert to insert data into custom table and when i run the request i have this error

APP-ALR-04020: Oracle Alert was unable to execute "&VALUE". Check that this file exists and that its read protection is set correctly.

Cause

The setup for the Alert details is not complete. The required operating Unit is missing under: Define Alert-> Alert Details - >Installations.

Solution

Complete the setup for the Alert Details:

1. Navigate to : Alert Define

2. Button : Alert Details => Tab : Installations => Verify that the Alert is enabled for all Operating Units you want to use the Alert for.

3. Run Alert with action type of "SQL Statement Script"
