ممكن شرح وافي لبرنامج toad of oracle وهل ضروري تنصيب الاصدار المتوافق مع نفس اصدار الاوراكل المنزل عندي

toad is comapatibile with Oracle DB 11gR2 sience versin 10.5

and in practical 9.6 is comapatibe but with issus

for oracle 32bit all version is comapatibile, but for Oracle 64bit only toad 11,5 and higher is comapatibile
