i have user every day complain his session timeout he using oracle application for online tarding system this application based on oracledatabse 10g after he complain we need to resrtar the services for this apllication from the server not databse server its online tarding server which is connct to oracle databse based on SUSe linku i check the profile from oracle entrprise manager all unlimitted i dont know what i have to do please help me al thanks alot l

هل النظام يفصل من جميع المستخدمين
وبعد عمل ريتستر Application server يعود النظام للعمل
قد تكون المشكلة في الشبكة عند فصل النظام وقبل عمل restar
تأكد من كرت الشبكة - Ip address صحيح وعمل ping مرة
host name ومره أخرى IP وعمل tnsping
هل النتائج التي تظهر صحيحة ام لا
حاول تعرف هل يوجد idel session موجودين على النظام
حاول تعمل kill لهم
هل يوجد ضعظ كبيرعلى النظام وبعدين تحصل المشكلة ما هي الحالات تحصل فيه المشكلة
