نصيحتي ابدا بالخطوة الأهم ملف المريض بحيث يحتوى الجدول على اساسيات تضاف اليها ماتريد وهي كالأتي :-

1- رقم تسلسلي لسجلات الجدول ( لا اقصد رقم الملف الطبي ) وهذا سيسهل عليك امور اخرى مستقبلا ستحتاجها في باقي نقاطك .

2- رقم الملف الطبي .

3- تاريخ الميلاد.

4- الجنس.

5- الاسم الاول,الثاني,الثالث.الرابع

6- اسم الأم (ستحتاجها للمواليد بحيث سيتم ربط المولود باسم الام).

7- رقم الهوية ويفضل انشاء جدول خاص لارقام الهويات يتم ربطها عن طريق الرقم التسلسلي للملف -النقطه الاولى-

8- الجنسيه = = = == =======للجنســــــــــيات=================================

9- معلومات فصيله الدم ويجب انشاء جدول خاص حسب بيانات بنوك الدم ليتم الربط بين الفصيله ورقم التسلسلي للملف والفائدة اما لتأمين الدم في حال احتياج المريض لذلك وكذلك للمتبرعين

بالنسبة للتشخيص هناك ICD9 & ICD10 فاختر حسب المطلوب وضعهم في جدول مستقل للتشخيص ومن الممكن ترجمتهم (للحصوةل على الترجمة الصحيحه استخدم "قاموس حتي الطبي")

اما للمعالجة فنصيحة اخوية لاتجمع كل خدمات الاقاسم في جدول واحد مثلا الادوية , التحاليل, ... بل جدول لخدمات كل قسم والاختيار لك
