ياجماعه اللي عنده فكرة ازاي احل المشكلة دي لانها بجد جربت اتخنق من النسخة اللي انا مسطبها دي انا مسطب نسخه اوراكل r12.1.1 علي windows server 2008 enterprise
انا حولت السيرفز الي manually وشغلتهم بنفسي
انا عايز حل يريحني من الموضوع دا بالله عليكم

للاسف اخى وعلى حد تجربتى وتنزيل الابليكشن على كذا جهاز ولابتوب وبإمكانيات مختلفه
وجدت انه كلما كان البروسيسور أسرع والرامات باصها أسرع والهارد يعمل بدون اى مشاكل-بادسيكتور.... الخ- كانت الابليكشن أسرع وجربت الابليكشن على جهاز رباعى النواه ورامات 2 جيجا ولم يعطى هذه الرساله ابدا سواء كانت السيرفس مانيوال او اتوماتيك واعتقد المشكله هى فى سرعه فتح السيرفس نفسها

واجهتني نفس المشكلة مع win7و vmware workstruture 9 و كل محاولاتي فشلت في حل المشكلة 

وهذا الحل ربما ينفع مع مشكلتك

Solution

Run the autoconfig script to reconfigure the oracle application system as following:

Step 1: Stop all services $ $COMMON_TOP/admin/scripts/<context_name>/adstpall.sh APPS/<apps password>
Step 2: Run the autoconfig script, $adautocfg.sh & respond to the prompts.
Step 3: Check log files for any errors.log file for autoconfig is adconfig.log & is located in < APPL_TOP>/admin/<context_name>/log/MMDDhhmm/
Step 4: Restart all services : $ $COMMON_TOP/admin/scripts/<context_name>/adstrtal.sh APPS/<apps password>
