my inquiry is how to show distinct data in tabular form ....ie in isqlplus if i want to display the last name of all employees with out repeating the existing one i will use
select distinct last_name from employees....... it will show all the repeating names as just one name ...so how to do that with tabular form?

يا جماعه بمعني عايز اظهر كل الاسماءlast_name اللي في جدول ال employees بس من غير تكرار ... مثلا الاسم King متكرر مرتين ... انا عايز بس اللي يظهر مرة واحده ...يارب حد يقدر يساعد

انك بامكانك عمل view
select disctinct
وتخلي الblock depend on view
لو يقوم بالمطلوب
اما لو عاوز الجدول هوه datablock
