السلام عليكم

I install Symantec Back software on 6 server

only one server is Linux
But when i install the agetn

i try to coneect my instance

error is

THE ENTRY COULD NOT BE VALIDATED ENSURE THAT THE INSTANCE IS CONFIGURED CORRECTLY

I try to serch on next and website and o foun the below link

but i dont know or i dont understand the solution

please any one have experience with this matter
