    على حد علمى ان locally managed بيستخدم الbitmap و هو بيسجل البيانات وبيستخدم الbitmap ايضا عند استرجاع البيانات
    مما يجعل البيانات تسجل بطريقة اسرع و يسترجع البيانات بطريقة اسرع ايضا
