Read the given scenario for “Renting an Apartment” carefully & Draw the class diagram for it.



1) The ******er goes to the property dealer and finds the apartment unit he likes. By exploring the features, rates, and locations of the many apartment complexes available, he can narrow his ****** down to a short list of apartment homes he want to inspect in person.

2) He makes visit of each apartment complex with the property dealer. He notes down how far it is from his place of work. Ask about the rental rates, facilities, and occupancy terms and conditions.

3) When he has decided on which apartment he wants to rent, he fills out their application form with the property dealer. This is a formality which allows the manager of the apartment complex to check ******er’s identity. He may be required to pay an application fee at this time.

4) He pays the security deposit and advance rent to the manager and signs the rental agreement with the manager in presence of the property dealer.

5) Then the ******er and the manager pay the commission to the property dealer.

6) The property dealer provides them a receipt and updates his file.

7) The ******er gets the keys of the apartment from the property dealer.

8) He moves into his apartment on the date he has agreed on with his belongings, and begins to enjoy his new home and community!
