كمان لو حبيت انزل تود اصدار 9 او 10 علي نفس الداتابيز 9 بيجي حروف غريبة

    The reason is that you used character set that doesn't support arabic language AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1


    You must use character set AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256 which supports Arabic language



    to change database character set use below command


    connect by sys as sysdba first



    alter database character set ar8mswin1256




    you can change language of oracle forms from registery from NLS_LANG key and set it to value AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256
