كيف أخلي قائمة ال List بإتجام الأسفل أنا المشكلة عندي أنه ال list ظاهرة عندي بإتجاه الأعلى .....

There isn't space in button of form to display complete Lists, So it is automatically render in above of list item to show completely

Normally List Item display drill down list below its location in form

but if there isn't space in form to display drill down list completely, Oracle forms automatically changes location of drill down list to above to display it completely

If you want to display drill down list below list item, try to change location of list item above in the form
