اخواني ... اريد استفتسار عن تأثير إنشاء Purchase Order على General Ledger في Oracle EBS R12

عندما نقوم بانشاء Purchase Order وبعد ان نقوم بعملية Approval ..
تقوم هذه العملية بالتأثير على General Ledger في شاشة Funds وذلك من خلال التأثير على قيمة كل من Encumbrance و Obligation بالزيادة ...
والتأثير على Funds Available بالنقصان .. بقيمة ال Purchase Order

ومنطقيا .. هذا يعني انه تم انشاء Encumbrance Journals في General Ledger
لكن بحثت عن Encumbrance Journals ولم اجد اي قيود !!!!! فكيف تم التأثير على كل من Encumbrance - Obligation - Funds Available ؟؟؟

بمعنى أخر .. ما الرابط بين Purchase Order و General Ledger ??

I've followed it , but I couldn't find it

To clarify more ... I've created a PO today (CREATION_DATE: 01-FEB-2012) .. And (GL Date = 01-FEB-2012) also in Distributions screen but when I try to search for it; I can't find it

Kindly check out the attached snapshot

And I've checked both of tables

gl_je_headers

gl_je_lines

And I can't find the Journals there

!!!

try to run the following request "Program: Create Journals" from GL

بالاضافة لما قاله الاخ تامر فان الencumbrance قبل تشغيل الProgram: Create Journals تكون موجودة في GL_BC_PACKETS ، وينقلها البرنامج الى الGL
