I am working on hr schema and i have made a lov on the department_id column of the employees table and it works well

When I make a tabular table from the employees table, the user has to select a value from this lov whenever he want to insert a new record

I want to make an inputlistofvalue at the top of the table where the user choose the department_id only once and then insert the data in the employees table

I hope I showed the problem well
