استخدم الباراميتر فورم ف ديفيلوبر 10g ويوجد ليست بها أصل وصورة
عند اختيار اى منهم يحدث الاتى

علما انه يجب ان اختار من هذه القائمة ويجب ان تظهر عربى وتظهر قائمة

    ضع قيمة افتراضية لهذا الحقل = 1
    بافتراض ان lov تسترجع رقم + وصف
    1 = اصل
    2= صورة

    وبداخل البرنامج تتعامل مع الرقم وليس الوصف
