I completed a J2EE project, I use oracle 10g XE

Now when I test, I get the following error

javax.persistence.PersistenceException: Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.2.0.v20110202-r8913): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor The Connection descriptor used by the client was: localhost:1521:XE Error Code: 0

even ef i try to oppen the home page of oracl expression (http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex) iget

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:8080.

Please it's urgent, i have just this week-end to finish the project

THE SID IS NOT CORRECT DEFINE
MAKE SURE THE SID IS RIGHT FROM TNSNAME.ORA SID_NAME
OR IN INIT.ORA DB_NAME


وبعدين اعمل set oracle_sid=your_sid_name
if windowns
export ORACLE_SID=YOUR_SID_NAME
IF UNIX OR LINUX
