أريد من المهتمين ومن لديه حل لهذه المشكله أن يرسلها لى بسرعه وله جزيل الشكر
لدى جهاز قمت بتحميل oracle database 10g عليه وجعلته هو السيرفر
وقمت بتوصيل جهازين أخرين به وقمت بتحميل oracle developer 6i على كل منهما
وقمت بتوصيل الجهازين بالسيرفر بشبكه صغيرم من خلال router
وظلت الأجهزه تعمل بكفاءه لفتره كبيره اى ان حدثت المشكله التى لا أجد لها حلا الى الان وهى
انه عند عمل restart للسيرفر لا تعمل قاعدة البيانات وتظهر الرساله
ORA-12203 :- UNABLE TO CONNECT TO DESTINATION
ولكى تعمل قاعدة البيانات فى هذه الحاله لابد أن أقوم بخلع كابل الشبكه الواصل من السيرفر لل ROUTER ثم عمل RESTART للسيرفر
بالطبع هذا ليس الحل الصحيح لكنى اضطر لعمله حتى لا يتوقف العمل فى الشركه
أرجو المساعده من كل من يملك حل لهذه المشكله

1) Verify that you have entered the net service name you wish to reach correctly.
2) Verify that the net service name ADDRESS parameters in the connect
descriptor of your TNSNAMES.ORA file are correct.
3) Verify that your TNSNAMES.ORA file is stored in the correct directory.
4) Verify that the listener on the remote node has started and is running. If not,
start the listener by using the Listener Control Utility.
5) If you are connecting from a login box, verify that you are not placing an "@"
symbol before your connect net service name.
