ساعدوني في حل هذه الاسئلة

السلام عليكم
ارجو المساعدة من اصحاب المعرفة في حل هذا الاسئلة ولكم جزيل الشكر والعرفان

السوال الاول عبارة عن عمل جدول
وانا عملت جدول بهذي الطريقة وحل الاسئلة اعتداد على الجدول

1-Write a PL/SQL block that will accept a value (criteria) from the user
and will then display all the records that satisfies the entered criteria.

Example: the block may display all the details of the top 3 highest earners
(employees who received the highest salary).






3-Write a PL/SQL block that will raise a user defined exception.



4-Write a PL/SQL procedure or function that will accept one or more input
parameter. The procedure or function will then do any SQL operation.


5-Write a PL/SQL block that will call the procedure
