ياشباب أنا عندي في الشركه نظام معمول بأوراكل ونازل البرنامج في مدينتين تبعد عن بعضها حوالي 70 كم وعامل 2 server يعني
2 Oracle dataBase وودي أعمل قاعدة بيانات واحده لهم علماً أننا في شبكه واحده لكن ال Connection ضعيف هل أعمل على تقوية ال Connection أو أعمل ٌReplication بين قاعدة البيانات الأثنين

frankly, first thing you have to manage it is the connection issue
in almost types of replication you need increasing connection and reassure that network is stable
second issue is decide the mechanism your environment needs to be ready and online
after increasing the network connectivity
